HISTORIC DOCUMENTS
ver. 2.2
Brought to you by Wilstar Software
This program produces screen text displays of many of the
important freedom documents of the United States. The Magna Carta was
issued in England in 1215 as an attempt to force King John into
giving the people certain rights. It is generally considered the
touchstone of English liberty and example to later documents.
Other documents include the Mayflower Compact, the Declaration
of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, the Bill of
Rights, Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation and Gettysburg Address, and
the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948.
The file, FREEDOM.EXE is placed in the public domain by the
author. Feel free to distribute it free of charge by any means you
see fit. The .DAT files, being public documents, are also in the
public domain. BROWSE.COM is borrowed from the State Home Products
